We hope you had great holidays and that the new year is off to a good start. The positive momentum in the district keeps rolling along and we are excited to welcome new businesses and developments. We will be celebrating the 8th anniversary of the Bixby Knolls Strollers this month and February brings us the 8th anniversary of our Bixby Knolls Literary Society. The Good Spirits Club will roll out in full force this month (stay tuned for details) and Mardi Gras dances its way to First Fridays on February 5. There will be plenty to report and we will keep you up-to-date on it all.
This year we are raising the bar even higher. Stay tuned for good things!

Aluminum Can Drive: A local Camp Fire group is planning to paint a mural in Bixby Knolls as a service project, and is conducting an aluminum can drive through January to raise funds for paints and the artist’s fee. If you are willing to save cans in order to help out with this effort, please call Susan Coutin at (562) 490-4795 to arrange pick-up. Thank you for your support.
