Honestly, our kids and grandkids live nearby.

What makes your business different?

We are a “Mom & Pop” consulting firm serving all of California and beyond. Personal, professional and court recognized expert providing fact based opinions and solutions for construction, property damage and related personal injury claims, disputes and lawsuits.

What role in the community does your business fill?

We provide site inspections, analysis, opinions, reports and testimony for Plaintiffs and Defendants in real estate, property and personal injury disputes. We provide attorneys, consumers and insurance carriers the facts, good news or bad, which assists in the strategizing of their cases.

If you could summarize what your business is all about, what would you say?

We are construction forensic experts, who not only pledge to always exhibit uncompromising, unbiased integrity, but we care for each client as if he or she were family.
