DISTRICT PATROLS
Since October of last year, the BKBIA hired CSI Patrol Service (a Bixby Knolls-based business) to patrol the district three nights a week. The patrols cover all major corridors (Atlantic, Wardlow, Long Beach Blvd., San Antonio) and everything in between including parking lots, alleys, and any other nooks and crannies to make sure the district remains safe. Patrols are never the same day or time so the patrols remain unpredictable. The BKBIA reviews the nightly log sheets and works with LBPD North Division if there are any major issues.
CSI Patrol also works on First Fridays to keep the event family-friendly and enjoyable for all.
LBPD encourages business owners and residents to call either 562 435-6711 (non-emergency) or 911 to report any suspicious person or activity.

FREE LIGHT PROGRAM
Southern California Edison has a free program for small business owners called direct install. They will come in and retrofit your existing fixtures with energy efficient ballasts and lamps.
