Keepin’ You In The Loop
We are back at it after the holiday break and have plenty to share with you. Scroll down to read the news in the business district and all the happenings in the neighborhood. Will we see you at the Good Spirits Club meeting next week?
FROM THE BKBIA OFFICE
|It’s that time of year again! First Fridays is back in February with the annual Mardi Gras parade. As is tradition, we have crowned a 2016 Bixby Knolls Mardi Gras King and Queen. This year’s Queen is Jane Ho, owner of Baskin Robbins (3543 & 4552 Atlantic Ave.) and our King is Servando Orozco, owner of Orozco’s Auto Service (3619 Atlantic Ave.). Jane and Servando both sit on the BKBIA Board of Directors, with Servando being our fearless BOD President! We can’t thank them enough for their committment to the district and the community.
Join us as we follow our King and Queen and parade through First Fridays! Parade starts at 7 at Georgie’s Place (3850 Atlantic Ave.).
The Bixby Knolls Good Spirits Club is officially here! Grab a friend and stop by Weiland Brewery (4354 Atlantic Ave.) on Wednesday, January 27th for a good time. This club meeting will feature a great craft beer selection. Email email@example.com with questions.
