We are excited to announce that we are participating for the first time in Long Beach Gives! ๐ This is a city-wide fundraising event for local non-profits. Love what we do? Love your neighborhood? Letโs keep it all going! ๐
On September 19 (and early giving starting Sept. 12), our Bixby Knolls Community Foundation will seek your support for the following goals:

Sept 12 - Good Spirits Club
The only thing better than good drinks is good drinks with great company! Join us for the return of our Good Spirits Club at Lola’s Mexican Cuisine.
What do you do at a Good Spirits Club meeting?ย Meet your friends and neighbors, have a drink, eat some delicious food, and relax. That’s it! Plus you get to hang with the BKBIA crew if you aren’t tired of us yet.ย
Sept 13 - Bliss & Beats
Join us for an unforgettable evening of relaxation, movement, and community fun at “Golden Hour: Bliss & Beats,” where the serenity of the countryside meets the vibrancy of dance and music. ๐ซ
Sept 14 - Strollers Walking Club
Start your day with a refreshing walk, great company, and free coffee & treats. Join us for our Strollers Walking Clubโcapture the scenery, meet new people, and support our Bixby Knolls Community Foundation.
Sept 15 - Kidical Mass
Join us for our monthly bike ride in the neighborhood. This month is a special ride with a fun new route, free treats, and celebration for our Long Beach Gives fundraising campaign.
Sept 16 - Mobile Office Hours
Our Bixby Knolls BIA office is hitting the street and working remotely!ย
Stop by, say hello, find out whatโs new in the neighborhood.ย To celebrate our first Long Beach Gives fundraising campaign, the first 10 people to join us will get a FREE coffee on us.

Who’s ready to enjoy the freshly revived Supper Club? Supper Club was one of our favorite monthly programs and we are so excited to bring this treasured event back! RSVPs are mandatory to attend to reserve your table.
Sept 18 - Makers' Night
Get creative at Makers’ Night on Wednesday, September 18 from 6pm to 8pm at Dream Come True Tea & Party Room! This relaxed and fun craft night is perfect for unwinding, making new friends, and enjoying the whimsical and cozy tea room.
Bring your own craft project or use our materialsโeither way, you’ll leave with something special! Bites and drinks will be available for purchase.
Sept 19 - Bubbles & Bagels with the BKBIA
Join us forย Bubbles & Bagels with the BKBIAย onย Thursday, September 19ย fromย 10am to 12pmย at theย Expo Arts Center! This fun morning mixer kicks off theย Long Beach Givesย fundraising day and offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy complimentaryย mimosas, bagels, and coffeeย courtesy ofย Cassidy’s Corner Cafe.
Mingle with community members and local Bixby Knolls business owners, and learn more about our efforts to keep the neighborhood thriving. Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to the area, come connect, share ideas, and support a great cause!
Sept 19 - Knights of the Round (Turn)Table
Join us for a (k)night full of music, food, and drinks. This is a music listening event; think book club but for music ft. Talking Heads’ Remain in Light. We will be taking overย Beachwood Brewingย on September 19, music starts at 6:30pm.
Sept 19 - Magic After Hours
Join us for a fun and magical evening, “Magic After Hours” atย Beachwood Brewing & Distillingย onย Thursday, September 19, from 8pm-10pm. Help us celebrate the successful conclusion of ourย Long Beach Givesย fundraising campaign!
This lively community mixer will feature enchanting entertainment, including aย magician, aย tarot card reader, and upbeat music fromย DJ Dennis Owens.
