My name is Johnny Chhom, owner of Sweet Grass Sugarcane Juice. I started Sweet Grass Sugarcane Juice in 2020 during the pandemic out of my kitchen, and then into a juice truck, and I opened up our store doors in the winter of 2021. We chose Bixby Knolls because of the culture and community.
If you are thirsty, we have refreshing drinks to quench your thirst. Our variety ranges from classic favorites like watermelon to exotic fruits like dragonfruit.
I am the son of Cambodian refugees. My goal is to build a community and take care of my parents so that we may build our legacy here as Americans.
We cold press sugarcane juice right in front of you so you know exactly what goes into your cup. Sugarcane juice is an all natural grass that’s naturally sweet and can enhance the taste of any fruit you make with it.
I started this company during the pandemic and had to withstand the ups and downs of the economic turmoil and the supply chain that almost turned our business over. Thank god we made it through that, although we are still experiencing the pressure of inflation.
