My name is Brenda Solano, owner of Tax Consulting and More. I was doing my own books back in 2003. I had a bookkeeper coming to my business. My business was super slow, so I decided to do the books myself. At the time, there were not a lot of videos about quickbooks, so I bought quickbooks for dummies. Later I went back to school and graduated with a degree in Accounting. I had a business partner back in 1998, and he was the one who suggested the Bixby Knolls location due to its centricity and location near the freeways.
We offer bookkeeping, payroll and income tax preparation for small businesses.
My goals are the same as my clients: to provide a true business overview by using well prepared financials.
Unlike most bookkeepers, I have a degree in Accounting. I take pride in my work. It makes me happy to see my clients thrive.
I do the books for a variety of businesses, this gives me more experience and a different perspective to be able to help others.
