Built with heart through grassroots efforts and generous donations from local businesses and community members, this boardroom features a gallery celebrating the people who made it possible.
Created to meet the growing need for a private, mid-sized meeting space at the Expo Arts Center, it’s available for community organizations and professional meetings only—providing a space for connection, collaboration, and community. Every booking helps support the Bixby Knolls Community Foundation’s mission to keep our neighborhood thriving, safe, and vibrant.

RENTAL PRICING
Regular Rental
Two Hour Min. Rental- Business meetings, trainings, workshops, networking groups, small professional gatherings, etc.
Non-Profit Rental
Two Hour Min. Rental- Must have a valid non-profit tax ID to prove organization status.
HOW TO BOOK
This boardroom is available to rent for community organizations and professional meetings only.

Must be booked at least 72 hours in advance
